Dr. Patrick A. Linton
Dr. Patrick A. Linton is a cybercrime investigator, digital forensics expert, and academic with over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, government, and higher education. As Director of Cyber Investigations and Risk Management at MOCA Jamaica, he leads cybercrime investigations, digital forensic operations, and cyber risk strategy.
A PhD-qualified cybersecurity professional and adjunct lecturer at UTech Jamaica and Carnegie Mellon University, Dr. Linton combines advanced academic expertise with extensive field experience. Through ByteWire Forensics, which he co-founded, he delivers practical, investigation-driven cybersecurity, forensic, and workforce development solutions grounded in operational reality.

Dr. Bobby Hamilton
Dr. Bobby Hamilton is a co-founder, operator, law-enforcement veteran, and business executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning public safety, transportation, risk management, and institutional development. He brings field-tested operational judgment, crisis leadership, and organizational discipline to ByteWire Forensics's advisory and institutional development practice.
Dr. Hamilton's career bridges frontline law enforcement, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship. As President & CEO of Air Jamaica Transit Corporation, he has led the development of a growing transportation enterprise grounded in compliance, quality management, structured operations, and strategic expansion. His experience includes building organizations from the ground up, developing policy and procedural systems, guiding ISO-aligned quality initiatives, and engaging public-sector and private-sector stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
Academically, Dr. Hamilton holds a DBA in Business and Economics, a Master's in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and a Bachelor's (Hons) in Criminal Justice, giving him a multidisciplinary perspective on governance, organizational performance, and risk. His professional background combines practical command experience with executive-level planning, making him particularly effective in environments that require institutional credibility, strategic coordination, and operational resilience.
As co-founder of ByteWire Forensics, Dr. Hamilton helps shape the organization's advisory, training, and institutional capacity-building mission.
